TANIMOWO, Adebowale


Debo as popularly called by his colleague, is a sound Business Manager with over 23 years working experience; and highly skilled in Business Development, Sales & Marketing, Product Development, General Administration & Operational strategies.

He is a graduate of Insurance from both Lagos State Polytechnic, and The Polytechnic Ibadan; a seasoned chartered insurance professional, ACIIN. A Postgraduate diploma in Financial Management from Lagos State University; he is an Associate member of both Nigerian Institute of Management and Institute of Benefit & Trust Management. He holds a diploma of London School of Business & Management. He has also attended severally both technical and managerial courses on sales management and marketing.

Debo started his career with Domino Stores Limited (Retail Departmental Store) in early 1990 as a supervisor and rose to become the store Manager in 1994 before his appointment with Quibex Nigeria Limited as Head, Sales & Marketing in 1997. In 2002, he joined Sovereign Trust Insurance PLC as an insurance Underwriter in the Technical department, his capacity and flair for efficiency contributed to his appointment as the Personal Assistant to General Manager, Operations and the Managing Director/CEO.

He was later seconded to open the retail branch office of the company in 2009, his success in this area contributed to his growth as Deputy Head, Business Development Division. He was moved to Branch Operations Division in 2012 to support the head of the Division, and later became Head, Agency Department before joining BPMSE Consulting as a Consultant in January 2014.

He is currently the Managing consultant of Royal Trust Professional Services Limited. He is happily married with Children.

DR. JASON, Enwefah


Dr. Jason Enwefah is a dynamic, meticulous, and experienced HR Generalist with excellent interpersonal, communication, organizational & stakeholder management skills.

He is incredibly self-motivated, has the ability to prioritize deliverables and works extremely well under pressure.

He graduated with B.sc [2.1] in Business Administration, and retains an Advanced Diploma in Social Research Methods, an MBA, and a PhD in Human Resource Management. His PhD, MBA and Diploma Degrees were all attained at the Cardiff Business School, University of Wales, U.K.

To date, he has achieved over a gross total of 16 years practitioner-related experience in Human Resources, Strategy & Project Management - working for notable blue chip Organizations like the Cardiff Business School (UK); GTBank Plc, Vic Lawrence & Associates, Accenture & Sovereign Trust Insurance Plc in Nigeria; all at leading management positions.

Dr. Enwefah’s working experience has been largely shaped in the Nigerian Financial Services Industry - specifically, Banking, Consulting & Insurance.

His areas of core competence & special emphasis are reflected in the effective meshing of Corporate & Human Resource Strategy; Talent Management; Recruitment & Selection; Induction & on-boarding; Learning & Development; Workforce Capacity Building; Competency Analysis; Executive Coaching & Mentoring; & Performance Management.

He is a successful young man; and closely affiliated, amongst others, with Royal Trust Professional Services Limited as a Principal Consultant; and happily married.



Olajide is a sound Professional Human Resources Manager with over twenty-five years cognate working experience in various sector of the economy. He obtained his first degree in Zoology from the University of Lagos, Akoka; Master in Industrial and Labour Relations (MILR), University of Lagos and Master, Business Administration (MBA), Rivers State University.

He is an Associate Member - Institute of Personnel Management of Nigeria, Member - Nigeria Institute of Management, Member - Nigeria Industrial Relations Association.

In the course of building his career, he had worked with MicCom Cables and Wires Ltd as Senior Manager - Human Resources & Administration, Sea Consulting Ltd as Principal Consultant – Human Resources & Labour Relations, Wheels Auto Engineering Co. Ltd as Assistant General Manager – Human Resources & Administration, National Fertilizer Company of Nigeria Ltd as Head Industrial Relations Department, National Fertilizer Company of Nigeria Ltd as Assistant Chief Personnel Officer – Industrial Relations, Recruitment & Manpower Development Unit, National Fertilizer Company of Nigeria Ltd as Personnel Officer – Personnel Supervisor, and Services Superintendent with the National Fertilizer Company of Nigeria Ltd.

He was the Environmental Scientist of the Technical Services Department; he served at A. Ajike Nig. Enterprise Limited as Administration Officer.

He has attended various trainings and management courses, seminars and workshops on Human Resources practices, which have enhanced his growth and job performance. TAIWO, Oloruntoba Felix


Felix is our Technical Consultant; he served as the General Manager/Chief Operating Officer of Newcastle Insurance Brokers Limited. He obtained his first degree in insurance from Lagos State Polytechnic, Isolo.

He is an Associate of the Chartered Insurance Institute of Nigeria (ACIIN) and Chartered Institute of Insurance Brokers of Nigeria (ACIBN) with over ten years including additional skills in Business Development, Marketing and Relationship Management.

Felix is a thorough bread Insurance broker, while building his career he had worked with Boff & Company Insurance Brokers Limited as a Manager, Business Development before joining the management of Newcastle Insurance Brokers Limited in February 2011.

He had also worked with various Insurance Brokers prior to his engagement in Boff & Co. namely; Davisther Brokers Limited as Manager Operations, Dove Insurance Brokers Limited as Underwriting Manager.

He is also one of the pioneering members of Dayspring Insurance Brokers Limited (Now IMFB Insurance Brokers Limited) in 2004.

He has attended various trainings & Management courses, Seminars and Workshops on Marketing & Business Development practices, which have enhanced his job performance. He is happily married with Children.

YEMI, Ashimi


Yemi Ashimi is an exceptional relationship management and customer service excellence professional with over 18 years cognate experience coupled with high skills in Business Development.

Yemi Ashimi is a graduate of marketing from the Lagos State Polytechnic and a qualified Associate Chartered Marketer of the Nigeria Institute of Marketing. He has a Master degree in Business Management from the University of Calabar, Cross River State.

He started his career with Sovereign Trust Insurance Plc in 1998 as a Unit Head, Brokers Marketing; his pursuit for excellent gave him an opportunity in 2004 to join the emerging team of UBA Insurance Group as Group Head, Marketing & Relationship Division. He was later invited to set up the Apapa Office of Standard Alliance Insurance Plc as the pioneer Business Manager in 2007; where he served meritoriously before he proceeded to Oceanic Insurance Group as a Regional Manager South-South/South-East in 2008 to help the company increase their market share.

In 2011, he joined the management team of Oasis Insurance Plc as a Senior Manager, Financial Institution Marketing; while in Oasis, he employed diverse tactics to ensure the company production and collection targets are met with a stipulated time. His major achievement in business development, and relationship management has greatly impacted on his product development skills in the last four years.

Yemi joined Royal Trust Professional Services Limited as a Technical Consultant in 2014 and he is happily married with children.

ATINUKE, Abiola Adetoye


A thoroughbred office administrator, accountant and relationship manager, Tinu has a career spanning more than a decade in diverse business organizations.

Her service at Sovereign Trust Insurance Plc gave opportunity to grow her skills in portfolio management, financial management as well as risk management.

She is a graduate of the prestigious university of Lagos with BSc in Accounting, and she currently serves as Registrar with Royal Trust Professionals Services Limited.
